MODERATORS
I know a lot of vegetarians aren't fans of fake meat, but a package of Impossible Burger and a can of Manwich sauce makes a convincing sloppy joe. I prefer Quorn grounds for taco filling. However, like you, I haven't had the real thing in years, so I don't have much basis for comparison.
You can use soy granulate for sloppy joes. Works great.
