OK that's the last straw for me. I am willing to give the benefit of a doubt to people, but this is the third strike for this person. So I've asked them to move their comm to another instance as they don't align with our instance values.

Fantastic. We can only hope that the lemm.ee team take a similar stance against this user, but I won't hold my breath.
They already posted on !fediverse@lemmy.world asking for a new instance, so I guess they know that lemm.ee won't allow it.
