Content warnings should be added like: [penis], [explicit description of sex]. Non-sexualized breasts of any gender are not considered inappropriate and therefore do not need to be blurred/tagged.

If that is it, I will probably take shyguygamer667 side cause it just might be that they are not willing to disclose their pronouns and that is perfectly fine.
