Only a fellow Boomer like Maher would think anything makes Trump look cool. Even most of the people who voted for him don't think that.

And I am not convinced that four more years of Trump will teach the Dems a damn thing. They need to go hard left when Republicans go hard right. Instead, after this term, they will still be trying to court the elusive, and nonexistent, "centrist" contingent.

I'm not convinced Democrats will be anything but an in name only opposition party with a Russian-style election in four years. If they even bother with an election.

They've already decided to blame the voters again instead of realizing their steadfast defense of their corporate owners over their actual constituents is what keeps chasing the voters away
