The biggest effect the murder had was that it got people talking about how fucked up the health insurance industry is. That is why Blue Cross Shield rolled back their decision. As if a security detail for the CEO costs more than they'd save/make with their anesthesia time limit scheme.
And may we continue to stomp their cost analysis into the dirt until they implement a reasonable business model. 🍻
