MODERATORS
Lots and of people have the problem. It’s a problem with the product, not you. One size fits all doesn't really work, it excludes body shape differences between genders and ethnicities. Was probably tested to fit on an average Caucasian male ear. Aftermarket tips should hopefully help. Would be nice if different sizes came as standard option though.
