Absolutely, overcoming the literal insecurity of beatings and persecution by police and others is literally the origin story of Pride.

Of course, that was actual insecurity, as in with possible death etc as an outcome. This is just the guy in OP being a snowflake, and what's on the back of his vest actually says "He/Him" just in more words. ๐
No law against being a snowflake, but just like you have the right to mock Pride parades, we can all mock him.
And there's still very little security for queer people in this world.
