Which subreddits would you most like to see on Lemmy? (lemmy.ml)

I'm genuinely so excited to see some of the more focussed communities blossom on this platform as they have on Reddit over the years. Which are your favourites and which do you think could succeed here?

I'm a bit overwhelmed by the response this has gotten. This thread could serve as a great source of inspiration for people who want to create subs (or is instances the right phrase now?) around topics they're passionate about. Forgive me the cliche but, be the change you want to see! If it doesn't exist, make it.

Instance is a specific host, like lemmy.ml or you can see mine separate. Inside that instance can be multiple communities (subs).
