What do you guys do against overeating? (feddit.de)

I love weed but my personal problem with it is the overeating. I get the munchies so hard i always eat way too much. I want to lose weight but it feels almost impossible while smoking weed. And tips or tricks against it?

I like to get stoned and go on long runs so the overeating is part of the experience
