I can definitely get streaky. If I've had desserts for three nights in a row, it's very easy to have it that 4th time. So to shake things up, I try not to repeat things two nights in a row. Sometimes, when I need to drop a pound or two, I try to do it by shaving calories instead of dropping down to a definite deficit. However, it's usually the case that dropping down to a definite deficit is the right way to go.
