Unblurred porn in my home feed (lemmy.fmhy.ml)

Anyone know why some porn doesn't get blurred? I just had the top post from !nsfwhardcore@pornlemmy.com show up in All and yesterday it was a video from hornyjail. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

And apparently you can have it set differently per account ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡ )
