[Hyprland] Tokyo Night themed NixOS setup (lemmy.ml)

This setup is a result of months of learning about NixOS and tinkering. There is always something more to polish but I'm at a point where I'm actually satisfied.

Fair play with taking the time to learn nix, currently tinkering with it and this stuff is no joke. Wish it wasn't a DSL
