Sorry, I was trying to build my joke on your comment. By eliminating the most likely answer without giving any information myself, I was trying to steer your thoughts toward more unlikely scenarios. That part happened, but I thought it would be funny.

I am assuming you know and are being funny too, but I'll explain anyway: The name is German for "comfortable pillow"; I chose it because I got one relatively recently.

I did not know that Kissen is a pillow. I do know however that it is not kissing as that would be küssen. Thought it was maybe a combination of the languages. Just start going by BequemesKüsschen.
