You're thinking of Trump mixing up former S.F. mayor Willie Brown with former L.A. city councilman Nate Holden when claiming that he was in a crashing helicopter and Brown revealed horrible things about Kamala Harris as it went down. Why Nate Holden would have been talking about Kamala Harris has yet to be established.
As Mr. Holden said: "Willie is the short Black guy living in San Francisco, I’m a tall Black guy living in Los Angeles. I guess we all look alike."
