I don't think this one is really weird, it's just treating the office of the president of the united states with contempt by embroiling it in sleazy kickbacks.

The weird stuff is all his weird obsessions, the way he speaks, the unhinged things he says, the absence of any sense of reality, the way he stands and his overwhelming self-absorption.
