Current Desktop (piefed-media.feddit.online)

Just set up my new system, and have been taking the time to refine my desktop configuration. This is based around the Catppuccin Mocha Blue theme. Apps in picture: fastfetch, bpytop, whisker menu.

I'm looking for something to quickly lookup word definitions. My ideal workflow is this: press button to launch modal, enter word (or grab from clipboard), definition appears, exit modal.

So far, rofi-dictionary seems like the closest thing, but it's only for the (non-free) Oxford dictionary for some odd reason.

Hopefully this is the right community of this! It's the closest I could think up anyway...

Including: Fastfetch - you know what that is Yazi- terminal filter manager written in rust (is fantastic) Polybar - it's a bar. Micro - nano but way way better Rofi - app launcher. Spotify-tui - tui spotify client (using spotify as backend)

I now have a few years of experiences with Linux. I used to ditro hop a lots and started working on my own distribution because obviously everything else suck (sarcasm). I think it now is usable enough and look good enough to be show to the public (note that I won't share it or make it publicly available).

I totally reworked the way plasma/linux handle 2 GPUs setups like mine to better fit my needs. The only things which still and might never correctly work is my keyboard's backlights (I can't set the colors).
