The City of Ottawa has received Zoning By-law Amendment application to convert the existing 11- storey office building into 115 residential units and 400m2 of ground floor office space. Proposal Details The subject lands are located on the east side of Legget Drive, between Terry Fox Drive and Solandt Road, in the Kanata Research Park. The subject property, 535 Legget Drive, is currently an irregularly shaped parcel with area of approximately 1.4 hectares.
