Saw this little guy in a tree at the edge of the closed down golf course in Arundel, next to Arundel drive. Really hope the developers who bought the place don't get their way with the zoning, we can't keep destroying koala and kangaroo habitat.

Anybody made any plans for the upcoming airshow ? As a motorcyclist I am intending to ride down each day but I think this might end up a lot bigger than most events we get here. My (very old) parents are thinking of renting an apartment for a few days, I might crash on the floor :)

I'm out in the hinterland and pretty sure the police chopper just scanned every house in the area. They were interested in me cause I was out with a bonfire. Havent gone more than a few miles in 30 minutes.

To keep things interesting we're going to change up the banner photo every so often and if we get enough participation we might make it a monthly competition.

The Rules:

• Photos must be of the Gold Coast (i.e. views or anything iconic to the Gold Coast, anywhere between Yatala and the southern border)

I guess I'll start with a view. Took this on Friday on the way to Robina for sushi. I live out in the hinterland so its only a slight detour up The Panorama on me old triumph.
