The second handle uses cobalt and it makes the weapon lightweight.The final part of the cleaver uses a plate made from necrotic bones that drop from wither skeletons. Putting a necrotic plate onto the cleaver gives necrotic. When you take damage and you attack a mob you are able to gain your health back. It's expensive to make but can be worth it if you want a weapon that does high damage. You can also add more attack damage by applying nether quartz.
