I WANT TO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON BECAUSE THE CAPTIONS HAVE THE SAME DISABILITY THAT I HAVE AND YOUTUBE REMOVED COMMUNITY CAPTIONS
Removing community captions was such a cartoonishly evil move. It's a shame our laws don't work for shit, they deserved to be sued to high heavens for that.

the 6th and 7th screenshots were cropped to remove capitalization which I was not referring to in the 'should not be capitalized' section

There isn't, my bad for not making that clearer.
I had no idea they removed community captions, this explains so much .. Why did they get rid of it? Can you still add captions as a creator post-upload?
