Has anyone else accidentally double tapped the trigger/button to un-holster their gun only to have it shoot somebody in the face? (self.starfield)

I hope it wasn't just me lmao.

I was doing the Vanguard quest line and got to the point where you speak to the cabinet.

After that chat with them I double tapped the right trigger by accident. My character slowly took out my legendary shotgun and fired directly into the face of the one who speaks to you.

I immediately reloaded my save lol. Hope I'm not the only idiot that's done this. Noticed it doesn't happen on the Grendel but the lawgiver/Equinox/Coachman all do it.
