HE DID restore Free Speech even though you guys somehow don't agree with that because people now can say anything they want and you can't live in your own little bubble without any criticism anymore (on twitter). Li Ka-shin is another good answer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Li_Ka-shing who gained a bunch of money like Bill Gates and started his own foundation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Li_Ka_Shing_Foundation which works towards education reform, the foundation constantly builds and donates to universities to help them further the reach of impoverished students. Additionally, they support a lot of medical services and research to help impoverished areas of HK.
