I'm on world and I've only ever seen comments around the hexbear drama. But now I get to see the users in this thread and oh. my. god. This is hilarious.
It's funny at first, then it eventually gets annoying, then it starts to get confusing after you block most of them.
I wouldn't mind their viewpoints if they weren't basically all in bad faith or just a whatabboutism. It gets really old to just see "Well some western country did X at one point in time, so none of what you said matters" over and over again. It's not like they even continue on to discuss their whatabboutism example, they just move on and derail the next thread they see where they can insert another whatabboutism.
I think this is a great example of how federation allows you to make an account somewhere else....
Just make an account in an instance that defederated hexbear. Even if an admin is an idiot they'll know to take action if the user count begins to stagnate or fall.
