Depending on which deity we're talking, "divine powers" is a no-brainer. Besides that: Immortality, invincibility, siphon powers. Use the time I have (i.e. all of it) to learn unarmed combat and weapon master, and become insanely rich and very intelligent, then invent implants and a powersuit (why would anyone pick those if they're a freebie with immortality), then wait around for others who have picked different powers and siphon off their powers. Since I'm invincible, I can also swallow some plutonium and become radioactive.

So, in conclusion, I would like to be a sci-fi lich.

Shapeshifter, telekinesis and magic. Efficiency and modularity. And i'm lazy.

Most of the powers are achievable with just intellect and magic. The third power to choose is immortality because most of the sci fi or magical immortality has a catch.

Immortal, Flight because it's more fun than teleport, and Magic for whatever else I want.

Vampirism, Divine Powers and Magic. These three pretty much give you every other power on this list. You are essentially God and need only keep the human race alive so you can feed off their blood.

I think I'd go immortal, phasing/ghost, shapeshifter.

Can't die or age, can't be caught, and can turn into whomever/whatever.

Shapeshifter, magic, immortal. Boom.

Im thinking... Rich, healing, teleport

Solve any current problems with money, heal people/animals, easily and instantly go anywhere.

I would attempt to "heal" the ultra-rich from whatever their obvious problem is. Lol
