And even further, only those exact same two seats are ‘taken’ for every single showing.
I thought for sure the after church showings tomorrow would be at least somewhat full, but nope.
To be fair it is for 6:30. If you have work and a family, a 6:30 showing is not all that viable an option regardless of the film.
It's been so long since I've been to the movies that I didn't even realize that theatres now have assigned seats.
Here's the nearest theater to me smack-dab in the middle of the reddest metroplex in the country.
My guess might be that much of the audience buys a ticket when they show up. I know that's probably what I would do. Especially if I saw ahead of time that I can choose any seat.
This is for strictly mildly interesting material. If it's too interesting, it doesn't belong. If it's not interesting, it doesn't belong.
This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?
