I feel the opposite regarding the UI. Lemmy UI is clean and easy to follow, Reddit redesign is a giant mess. It's bloated and flashy, but not at all ergonomic in my opinion. I find threads are much harder to scan through.
JESUS CHRIST, GOD how can people prefer an OLD, UNSTABLE UI???!!!!
Okay, visit old.reddit.com . Are you happy now????
Why are you so angry at a community developed and funded project? and old doesnt equal to bad. Dont gotta always fix what works.
old.reddit.com is literally the only way I find reddit to be usable, if that ever gets removes I'm never visiting that site again
Old Reddit is the only Reddit I use. It's better for reading stuff, modern web UI use way too much white space.
@renlok There are also certain themes that subreddits use, which make the old Reddit more usable. For example Minimaluminiumalism or naut

I prefer old Reddit UI. I can't pin point why I don't like the new Reddit UI but perhaps it's the busy look of it.
