Oh woah! How can I replicate this? Any recipes?
Admittedly it took a while to make everything, but i ate for days 😆. Mercimek Köftesi, Msabbaha (this is so similar to humus just a different texture, you could use whatever humus recipe you prefer and add dried fruits), Mutabbal, Kısır, Açuka (this is great just on toast), Ezme salad

As for lemmy app, I'll suggest you try Voyager or Thunder. Both are FOSS and have VERY good UI.
