There is very clear peace formula: https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/what-is-zelenskiys-10-point-peace-plan-2022-12-28/ Apparently Russia is going to fight the war to the last Russian. Maybe it does pay off for her private mercenaries?
So basically this is not a serious peace proposal.
