NS clearly signifies "national socialism" , i.e. what Hitler's party called their ideology. Don't evne worry about the lightning shaped rune in the center.
Assumed it stood for Norfolk-Southern. That's a domestic terrorism firm responsible for the horrifying Palestine bombing.
Why in this faux-old german script though?
