I finished the main quest of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom over the weekend, and found most of the collectables. I decided to use a guide to get the last few and was really pleased with myself at how few I hadn't found on my own. This is the first game in a long time that I just sat down and enjoyed without any guides or looking anything up on the internet, and it was an absolutely amazing experience.

After that I started on Skyward Sword HD, another Zelda title that I have never played before. I'm still not sure about the controller controls but I've made it through the first dungeon and I have enjoyed it so far. I might give the Switch motion controls a try and see if they feel more natural, and I might also boot it up on my modded Wii just to compare; I feel like the Wiimote would feel more sword-like in my hands 🤔

I personally prefered motion controls since i got canera control that way. But i was never capable of doing the precice motions the game asked of me. But finding workarounds was fun in its own way

I think I'm going to find my wrist straps for the joycons and give it a go this weekend 😼
