Looks like a 7 train, maybe stopping next at Junction Blvd, based on the sign
I took the line that goes to Flushing all the way to the last station. This must have been a few station before the last.
Yes, that's the 7, so it all tracks. It wouldn't surprise me to find an empty train car, especially at mid-day. If you had been in the next car over, it probably wasn't empty.
