The fundamental problem is this: that most of the means of communication are owned or influenced by the very rich, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

Posted here, because it's an opinion piece, so not news.

I have recently seen the following youtube documentary and found it interesting. I want to share it. Where should I post it?

I am looking for moderators for this community: !wheretopost@lemmy.world.

There is really nothing to do, in fact, I have never received a report. I just want an active lemmy user to keep eyes on this community, just in case.

If you are interested, please leave a comment in this post and send me a PM.

!gimp@lemmy.world seems to be a help only community.

I want to post a zine titled “40 Ways to Fight Fascists: Street-Legal Tactics for Community Activists” (link here: https://spencersunshine.com/2020/08/27/fortyways/).

Where can/should I post it? I suppose anarchy related subs?

You are free to post it anywhere if you want, of course. Don't wait for me!

I created this community because I still find Lemmy a bit confusing. Since there are so many communities across so many servers, I never know where I should be posting certain topics.

The goal of this community is to help people find the right community to post specific content and, by doing that, hopefully, decrease posting friction and increase content.

Lemmy Verse is extremely helpful for this sort of thing.

In order to link a community, you should be using the format !CommunityName@LemmyServer.com.
