Vance went to a gun show where they sold nazi stuff. You decide.

[-] mipadaitu@lemmy.world 54 points 3 months ago

Hey, that's not fair. ALL gun shows sell nazi stuff.

[-] massive_bereavement@fedia.io 30 points 3 months ago

So they can shoot at the nazi stuff. Right? .... right..?

Unintended, but I'm owning it because it worked out well.

Trump was in Bitcoin conference this weekend with $800,000 tickets to visit him.

They are doubling down on the dumbass grifters and money laundering group, a sizable demographic but redundant. The crypto bros, tech bros and conspiracy theorists are basically the same group of people.

I'm pretty sure cryptocurrency is a toxic subject for many. A good number of people blame cryptocoin grifters for being a shitty cult that steals family members away and their money... And also turns them into unpleasant assholes.

Pretty funny that when I was younger it made sense that Lisa could be president because she's really smart. In reality, Bart probably has the better chance. I feel a "im14andthisisdeep" post brewing...

[-] fluxion@lemmy.world 18 points 3 months ago

Mr. Burns has the better chance out of all of them.

[-] WhatAmLemmy@lemmy.world 13 points 3 months ago

Bart, financed by Mr Burns.

I think "Pokemon go to the polls" has made a lot of people wary about any pop culture references by politicians, but the issue with Hillary's comment was that she didn't really know what Pokemon Go was and tried to work it in to her terrible answer.

If she has instead said, "Niantic should look into putting PokeStops at every polling site and giving extra items at these spots in particular to encourage voting", that would be very different. It would show she actually knows about Pokemon Go.

It's all about being genuine

Yup. AOC had a big "get out the vote" stream years ago with a bunch of streamers and the squad. They played Among us, and it was genuine and wholesome.

Omar apprently is a stone cold killer when playing the imposter.

[-] pyre@lemmy.world 9 points 3 months ago

phrasing... now they're gonna try to impeach Omar

Not to downplay the campaign stop, but this hit me in the I'm Olds:

Saturday’s panel teased upcoming episodes of The Simpsons, including the show’s 35th ‘Treehouse of Horror’ episode, which will air after Halloween

Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !simpsonsshitposting@sh.itjust.works

[-] RampantParanoia2365@lemmy.world 3 points 3 months ago

She really really needs to release some Make America Laugh Again gear.

[-] pyre@lemmy.world 1 points 3 months ago
