There are a lot of Boeing 787 in the air at any time. You can go to flightradar24.com, click the filter icon at the bottom, add new filter, then aircraft and as ICAO code you just enter B78* and it will show you only this aircraft type.
The risk for an incident with any 787 at any time in the next few years may be higher that it should be. But the risk for one individual plane on one single flight is absolutely negligible. You're more in danger on your way to the airport probably.

Ich schimpfe auch regelmäßig über die Grünen, aber dennoch sind sie für mich das kleinste Übel unter den Parteien, die realistische Chancen haben, ins Parlament einzuziehen.
Die Frage ist auch, wie viele Stimmen sie wirklich neu aus dem Lager der Nichtwählys oder von FDP/C*U/AfD rekrutieren kann. Das schlimmste was passieren kann ist dass sie ein paar Prozente bei Grünen/Linken abwirbt, es aber nicht in den Bundestag oder andere Parlamente schafft. Das war damals mit den Piraten auch schon manchmal ein Problem.
Wäre natürlich toll wenn wir ein Wahlsystem hätten, wo so etwas nicht passiert.

Wenn man das aber über wirtschaftlichen Druck regelt, führt es in vielen Fällen dazu, dass ausgerechnet die wichtigsten Kliniken von der Bildfläche verschwinden.
Das sind z.B. Schwerpunktversorger mit vielen Fachabteilungen in dünn besiedelten Regionen. Die haben häufig ein riesiges Einzugsgebiet und sind die einzigen in der ganzen Region, die kompliziertere Krankheitsbilder behandeln können. Durch die niedrige Bevölkerung sind die verschiedenen Disziplinen aber oft nicht genug ausgelastet um wirklich Gewinn zu erwirtschaften. Und sie lassen sich eben nicht beliebig schrumpfen, wenn sichergestellt sein soll, dass sie 24/7 einsatzbereit sind - dann braucht man genug Personal, um das Dienstsystem rund um die Uhr abzudecken.
Auf der anderen Seite gibt es auch Kliniken, die sich einfach die Rosinen rauspicken. Die konzentrieren sich auf Krankheitsbilder, die eher Gewinn bringen, führen fast nur geplante Operationen durch und alles was irgendwie kompliziert und nicht gut abzurechnen ist verlegen sie. Das sind dann die Kliniken, die dem wirtschaftlichen Druck standhalten. Dann kann sich Oma zwar überall eine neue Hüfte einbauen lassen, aber wehe dein Kind ist krank und muss stationär aufgenommen werden.
While we're on the topic of CPR, I want to address the myth that CPR "almost never works". It's great at what it does, which is pumping blood through the body enough to keep vital organs supplied with a bare minimum of oxygen so they can survive.
However, there's usually a reason why the heart has stopped beating and in most cases, CPR can't reverse that reason. If the patient is in a car crash and has completely bled out, CPR won't get any blood back into their system. Or if they're at the end stage of a terminal disease, CPR can't magically cure the disease.
But in cases where the cause for the cardiac arrest is simple and easily reversed, chances of survival are much higher. For example, if someone is drowning and you get them out of the water within a few minutes of cardiac arrest, CPR is very effective, with the majority of patients surviving. Here's a study with 113 patients who were resuscitated after drowning and only 8 were confirmed dead. For 20 patients, the outcome was unknown, but even if they all died as well, that's still a 75% survival rate.

Fahrradverkehr wird halt einfach nicht ernst genommen. Das sind fast alles symbolische Aktionen für ein schönes Foto in der Lokalpresse und nichts davon soll wirklich zur Unterstützung des Fahrradverkehrs beitragen. Gilt genau so für "Fahrradstreifen" auf der Fahrbahn, die letztendlich vor allem die Autofahrys ermutigen, ohne Abstand zu überholen weil ja ein Streifen Farbe zwischen Auto und Fahrrad ist.
