I hear you! I’d like to move out of state at some point & that is one problem that’d weigh a bunch on me.

Goodness, with the Moonstones I recently caught on that I didn’t research what kind of climate it originated from! Happened to me a few times..

Acclimated them to the sun, had em’ out there for months and realized there was absolutely no growth whatsoever since I first got them.

I threw them inside about a month ago and it’s been blowing up so much! If I left them out I think they’d pretty much be dormant the whole year 😂

Thank you for easing my concern a bit about getting my last batch 😂

Love these, my favorites are the tall one in the tan pot and the one on the bottom right! Does it have a distinct smell?

Last weeks haul! (lemmy.world)

Added a few new ones to the squad 😅 Will be relaxing a bit after having gotten these, feeling really happy with the diversity of what I have right now.

Love catching them hanging around the plants, I need to be more prepared with my camera early in the morning!

No need to apologize! I can relate a bit, I’m often extremely forgetful!

Side note: Didn’t want to make a new post so soon, but I was excited to share this with someone. Check this out, managed to take this early today!

Was getting a lil’ too top heavy for my liking, so I decided it was about time.

Got it like this last year! Was one of my first plants. Love how much it’s grown.

Yessss, the low poly comparison is perfect. Exactly what I love about these. The little jewel name suits em really well!

This was one of the first plants I got when I started, I’ll put some pictures together soon. Love how it’s grown since then.

Thank you! Caught it early in the morning as the sun was rising.

I believe there’s a few that have been resting on them at night, would love to catch a night photo at some point.

Here’s a bonus baby lizard I got!

Been trying to not scare these off to get some pictures for a while now! Was so happy with this one.

Wishing you all the best, hope you’ll feel better soon!

There’s something about this one that I love so much. It’s a Haworthia kegani X cooperi var. venusta!

Love seeing group shots!! You have so many cool ones I’ve never seen. What is the one you have sitting on the wall in the back, second from the left?!

[-] SuccDaddy@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

If anyone isn’t seeing the entire photo album can you please let me know? Not sure if I posted it properly, would really appreciate it!

In this case I think it was giving it time to heal and build back mostly!

When I first got it I made the mistake of adding liquid fertilizer immediately after putting it in its pot. I’m imagining there were some damaged roots during the transfer… the next day it was pretty much all dead leaves. I removed them all and that’s where the first picture was taken.

I live in Florida, so thankfully there’s plenty of sun for them. I just let it sit out in full sun since then, and watered sparingly!

Struggled with my Tokyo Sun from the beginning, was one of my first plants & I learned so much since then. The time period between the first and last photos are about 8 months!
