If they can win a union election in ALABAMA of all places, then the rest of the automakers should be very afraid. Let's hope it happens

The tiered pay the guy is complaining about and no benefits is because of the temp workers. Mercedes had to switch to labor companies because the State labor office was horribly inadequate and didn’t send MB qualified workers. Onin staffing is getting paid per hour for every employee then paying the employee after they take out a cut.
