Isn't Ukraine et al. doing the same thing? The story of the two kids who firebombed Russian helicopters makes it seem that way.
a bit of a difference is that Russia is waging a war against Ukraine
Fair point. I'd misread this as Russia encouraging youths to attack Ukrainian equipment instead of broader Europe.
It'd be analagous to Ukraine encouraging sabotage in Iran or China.
