The joke, and I can't believe I have to explain it to you, is that if her milkshake brings the boys to the yard, they better make it worth making a milkshake.
If the song lyric was "my milkshake brings the girls to the yard," the joke would be exactly the same.
Well are the girls going to mow the lawn or do they just stand there like idiots?
