Overnight oats. There's a ton of different ways to prep it for however you want it and whatever your nutritional needs are.
Unfortunately neither of these get close to a pop before getting uncomfortable. I might just be unfortunate enough that my body can't comfortably pop these joints and have to settle for what I can pop
I regularly pop my knees, ankles and jaw. I'm pretry sure if I could figure out how to pop my shoulders and elbiws they'd also start getting popped regularly

Getting a bit bored of weight lifting. Going to shift focus to train and run my first marathon and then see what I want to do from there. Shift back to lifting, keep training to improve marathon times, bit of both, something completely different?
