Most sugar alternatives used in soda really messes with your guts.
1st: fire hazard, code violations, insurance won’t pay out.
2nd: This is fine for maybe a shed or ADU but when you start doing this to a home and start thinking big picture, there are some questions that come up, such as most of the cost in solar is the labor. If you’re already mounting panels, inverters, wiring, why not go the extra steps to install solar for the home and gain back a lot more costs when the sun is shining? Why mess around with a small window a/c when for the same amount of work (or less) you can install a mini split with better efficiency?

This happens a LOT more often than you think. I worked with a well-connected person that killed a dude while she was drunk driving. She was not in jail at any point.
Because it’s a small island country and there’s no need for cars. Public transit there is intense. Automated light rail between communities connect to subways that connect to everything. Their buses are great too.
Not everyone that is technically adept agree with your statements.
Parks require maintenance that’s paid with tax dollars. They go to shit really fast without it.
I don’t think this needs to be profitable but there are real costs that need to be covered somehow, and it’s not going to be taxes.
VC’s are calling in their debts. We should expect to see more.
This is awful. It’s confusing.
If an ip address is a house number, then a port is an apartment number.
Anyone that was around while Reddit was growing will remember that there were few subreddits to begin with. I think fediverse needs that to happen before expanding.
I don’t know how to fix it. Maybe sub-feddits need to be pruned if they aren’t thriving. Maybe tags in titles would be more helpful until they have enough content to warrant their on category.
