Claymore is good fantasy with a bit of darker elements. Barely any service. Not for everyone, I enjoyed immensely.
You could try the Akira manga if you haven't read it already. It certainly has some body-horror elements, although not to the level of Ito, and it's a lot more substantial than something like Gantz.
Mayyybbe Gunnm (Battle Angel Alita) as well? Hard to say. It can be a bit fluffier than the rest at times, but it certainly has it's share of hyper-violent parts too.
(Full disclosure, I haven't read those in years, so YMMV.)
Ito really is in a class of his own, so if that's your bar, it'll be pretty hard to clear.

I was bad at explaining it, but I want to have panels that I would like to look at for minutes and be inspired by them. Masochistic pedantism of Ito and Miura was just that: I enjoyed their wider panels like I enjoy the drawings of Hieronimus Bosch, looking at them for a long while.

I personally enjoy Ito more for the psychological elements, and although I certainly appreciate the art in and of itself, that wasn't my main draw so I might not be the best person to make recommendations.
That said, Akira's original manga form really is just as seminal to that medium as it's anime counterpart was. I think the storytelling is a bit dated, but the illustration is phenomenal. Since you're sailing the seas anyways, it certainly wouldn't hurt to take a quick peek at the art to see if it appeals to you.

Yeah, the psychological part is in itself amusing. I hold some of his short stories as high as a classic literature. The one about holes just of your size feels very relateable when I read local news. But Gyo or Spiral? More of a grindhouse trash movie than the thriller, and he's nailing the gore aspect, carrying it to the absurd levels, so you start to wondering how this dude was sitting over that with inks for hours and didn't end up in a hospital.
I'm into old media, so I guess it wouldn't be a problem. Thank you once again!

Nothing can top Berserk. But Vagabond is a pretty close match except that it's on hiatus for a while.
Yeah when i want some long run i go for xianxia manhuas, for mangas i got used for them to top in few dozens chapters then die off, with few exceptions (like Hajime no Ippo which somehow is still going on except plot being dead fish for a long time now)

Finished reading Dorohedoro. Turned out, it was manga about beheadings. I don't think even one about Charles-Henri Sanson would have so many beheadings in it. Generally was great at first but after En's death it become pretty boring.

Kingdom. It's a pseudo-historical (most overarching plot points are actual things that happened in history, but the minutiae are very "anime") manga about the Warring States Period in China. Comrades in arms, sick fight scenes, and war crimes galore. Over 700 chapters.
Hells Paradise is great, while the anime looks okay, the artist does great work with all the different forms of Buddhist mythological representation.
Vinland Saga should be up your alley if your up for something still running, biolence is graphic but serves to move everything forward
Into some horror? Bio-meat should be good. Monsters as disgusting in detail to a point i cant read to musch of it, but give it a spin

I've read Suicide Island a while back until I was up-to-date at the time, that fits the bill. It's by Kouji Mori, who was a close friend of Kentaro Miura and is now involved with the continuation of Berserk as far as I know.
Besides that, I probably don't need to tell you that Vagabond and Vinland Saga are excellent. Lone Wolf and Cub is also really good in my opinion, albeit pretty old by now.
