I've been using the app for about an hour. The rain noise simulations are pretty relaxing. (They also have colored noise in the free version. Some colors are named but others are just their equivalents in hertz. For example green noise is 500hz) This is a better alternative than the ones that make you pay. The free version here gives you a bunch for free. The trial lets you test out premium sounds. I'm gonna test out how well it might help me sleep, tonight.

I've used this in the past and even use it these days. It's very nice and configurable. I recommend it.

I use this almost every day. It’s also a free and privacy respecting app on iOS. Probably android too but I haven’t looked.

You only get a bunch of sounds for free. But it beats the ones that make you pay after a period.

Edit: it beats the headspace app which is subscription based. 30 as a one time payment on mynoise for all the locked sounds seems much more reasonable. I have been searching for an app that does the color sounds.
