What's your fletching level?

OK but more seriously, I don't know anything about archery. Do you buy pieces and assemble the arrows? Or do you machine certain bits yourself?

The fletchings on these was old and damaged, so I cut them off and replaced fletchings and arrow wrap. (The gold part)

You can buy complete arrows, or mostly blank shafts where you add your own fletching, knocks, and threaded inserts. Also, common to cut them to ideal length.
