Oh wow It makes sense that the coffee beans are from the seeds and can grow from them but I never made the connection. I wonder if that means you could plant store beans that you roast.
Unfortunately, no. The roasting process, well, cooks them. You can buy uncooked fresh beans though and plant those.
Oh true I think I mixed up the roasting process with the brewing process. I guess they are roasted before you even use them.
