We sometimes feed the local crows - and the occasional Raven as well - and this crow really likes to chitter for a bit before coming down and getting some food.

Sounds like he is trying to talk to the other bird in the background. I have crows here that, when the owl hoots, will make hilarious parody hooting sounds in response. Love these lil guys.
