A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

I'm genuinely interested, is that something she can do at will or is it just a sometimes power?
Honestly I'm not really deep in sailor moon lore. This is second hand from videos about anime power scaling. I'm not sure how situational it is, but her power always seems to grow to be as powerful as she needs it to be, and she has battled some outrageously powerful villains.
