No one should pay for these losses. You just lose. That’s what real estate is all about? Why are these pansy fucks complaining? Shit happens. If a once popular neighborhood suddenly becomes unpopular and no one wants to live there because of personal opinion, does somebody get to Collect compensation for losses? Ridiculous
