This is not normally a thing I would do to anyone's employment. It's such a struggle to pay for the most basic necessity anymore. I was done grocery shopping and called for an uber ride home. I hate to put these words into writing myself, but you need to know what was said. I entered the car, and the first thing this man said to me was: "You know allot of people around are sick of "The blacks." When did they start saying that? He went on about how they are all criminals and needed to be punished in an aweful manner. He told me about the youtube propaganda he watched and how it drove his hate. At this point I stopped being silent and spoke up. I told him I don't agree with him. I said the police have guns and body armor, we don't. If we don't comply were threated by weapons. I explained George Floyd. I explained police brutality, rascism and how is set up for you to feel that way. His response? "Well my gas bill went down since Trump took office." "You are wierd." And "I am three times your age."

By the time I was home it ended in a screaming match. I told him I am ashamed to be the same color as you. When they get schooled on politics and explain how they are wrong, they start name calling and threatening to report you. He gave me that idea to repot him to uber! Now I hope his rascism keeps him fed, because he no longer has a job.

I had to vent this somewhere appropriate.

I posted this on a phone. TL;DR An extremely rascist uber driver debated me until his job was just taken.

Racists aren't really known for their critical thinking skills.
