Agree! Some of the builds this season are actually insane. Even just Scarland must be one of the most impressive builds in Hermitcraft history.
Exactly! I'm not fully following Scar's POV this time but Doc's videos give a lot of glimpses of it
Also the whole impulse/gem/pearl trio has been very fun to follow
Loved season eight too! I know the whole role-play aspect that many people got into was controversial but I actually loved it
Season 8 was my favorite; the collaboration of the Boatem crew on the first Gigabase, the rival shopping districts, and the experimental roleplaying they did just makes the season stand out in ways that others couldn't.
Season 6 is pretty good but I find it weird to watch older seasons where they don't have proximity chat. There's far less organic interaction between the Hermits, which is one of the things I love most about the newer seasons.
I joined in Season 6, and its still my favorite.. but you are right, proximity chat adds so much!
