Mostly, but that flag has multiple blue fields when the flag code specifies "a blue field"

If you were to change one of the light blue stripes to a blue-white and move all the light blue to be contiguous it'd be fine though

Yes.

"a blue field" is objectively singular, and as it states 50 stars on a blue field even if you were to go and make another field because "it doesn't say we can't make another" you'd still need to have 50 on a single field.
